We have learned of an incident involving the Vessel “SAN RAFAEL”, a 2003 built 23,132gt general cargo with container capacity.

It is understood that the Vessel was sailing from Angola to Spain with final destination in Portugal when containers onboard shifted. The Vessel successfully arrived in Vigo, Spain, however a number of containers had been lost overboard and significant shifting of containers has been reported. The Vessel will be discharging affected containers and re-stowing sound containers before resuming its voyage to Portugal.
