We have learned of an incident involving the vessel OOCL DURBAN, a Panama flag, 2011 built, 87,697gt fully cellular containership, on completing a voyage from Australia to China and Taiwan.

The vessel came into contact with two gantry cranes while proceeding to its berth at the OOCL Container Terminal, in the port of Kaohsiung, causing both cranes to collapse, as a result of which, a number of stacked containers were damaged or destroyed.
