NEW CASUALTY – C ROCK

We have learned of an incident involving the vessel C ROCK, a Malta flag, 2005 built 3,960gt combined chemical & oil tanker operating between UAE and Oman, reportedly laden with cargo of 4,200MT gasoline.

It is reported that the Vessel ran into main engine problems 110 nautical mile NE of Muscat and was subsequently towed to Port Sultan Qaboos, Salvage operations being undertaken by Tsavliris under Lloyd’s Open Form 2011.
