EVANGELIA L

We have learned of an incident involving the vessel EVANGELIA L, a Bahamas flag, 2015 built 23,856gt bulk carrier laden with nickel ore from Santo Toma, Guatemala, bound for Caofeidian, China.

The Vessel became immobilised in the Pacific about 1,100nm NW of Hawaii, and was unable to re-float using her own power. Salvage operations have been commenced with Five Oceans Salvage SA dispatching local tug MANUOKEKAI under the terms of Lloyd’s Open Form and upon completion of Salvage services the Vessel will be docked at Honolulu for repairs, ETA on/about 4th November.
