Incident: Grounding – General Average Declared – Updated Schedule
Further to our previous updates regarding the grounding of the EVER FORWARD, a Hong Kong flag, 112,836gt, 2020 built, fully cellular containership which ran aground off the coast of Gibson Island in Chesapeake Bay, we can advise that the vessel has been assessed as seaworthy and will now continue her voyage.
The amended schedule for the EVER FORWARD is now;
April 22nd – Baltimore
April 25th– 26th – Norfolk
April 28th – 30th – New York & New Jersey
A reminder that as a result of the General Average declaration, GA securities will be required before cargo can be delivered.
