Casualty update - DALI - Refloated

Incident: Allision with bridge – Refloated
Further to our earlier reports in relation to the above captioned incident wherein Owners and Operators of the DALI, confirmed having declared General Average it has now been reported that the DALI has been successfully re-floated.
Following a lengthy salvage operation, at approximately 6am local time, the DALI was freed and has been moved to Seagirt Marine Terminal at Baltimore Port for further inspection.
Whilst it has not been confirmed when sound containers will be transhipped from the DALI, no cargo will be released until suitable General Average Security has been provided.
In this regard, W.E. Cox have been appointed on behalf of a number of cargo interests and are perfectly positioned to survey damaged cargoes, assist in salvage sale and loss mitigation as well as provide General Average and Salvage Securities.
