ARAGONBORG

We have learned of an incident involving the vessel ARAGONBORG, a Netherlands flag, 2010 built, 11,885gt general cargo ship with container capacity, on a voyage from Bilbao to Central and South American ports.

The vessel experienced main engine breakdown, losing power on 14th October 2017, and was towed by anchor handling tug supply vessel PACIFIC DRAGON into Puerto Duarte, Dominican Republic, arriving on 30th October 2017. General Average has been declared and repairs are underway.
