Announcement - Changes to W E Cox Claims Group (USA) LLC

The Board of W.E. Cox Claims Group are delighted to announce staff changes and progression in our USA office which will take place with effect from the 27th January 2023.

By mutual agreement Charles Droll will be leaving W.E. Cox Claims Group (USA) LLC for a new position and warmer pastures having been given an amazing opportunity to work for an international carrier in his future retirement state of Florida.

We would like to thank Charlie for his 15 year commitment to W.E. Cox Claims Group (USA) LLC building the US office from a small recoveries office to offer full claim handling, recoveries and surveying services to our international clients.

Catherine Bergstresser will be promoted to Director of W.E. Cox Claims Group (USA) LLC office with immediate effect and will be working with Charlie during the transition period to the 27th January 2023.

Cathy has successfully managed the US Recoveries team, providing leadership and training to colleagues and support to the Director of W.E. Cox Claims Group (USA) LLC. We have no doubt that Cathy will continue to excel in this new role.

We are sure that you will join us in congratulating both Charlie and Cathy, wishing him well in his future position and welcoming Cathy to be the new Director of W.E. Cox Claims Group (USA) LLC.
