We have learned of an incident involving the Vessel “MOL GRANDEUR”, a Hong Kong flag, 2011 built, 59,307gt fully cellular containership.

The vessel was berthed at Port of Buenos Aires, Argentina, scheduled to return to Santos, Brazil, via Montevideo, Uruguay, having previously called at South Africa, Singapore, Hong Kong and China.

It is reported that a storm with gales of 110km/h caused two gantry cranes to collapse onto the ship, causing damage to hull and containers.
