DALI (Singapore) – collision with bridge – update 2 April 2024
Further to our initial report in relation to the above captioned incident it has been reported that the Owners and Operators of the DALI, have filed a petition in the Federal Court of Maryland to limit their liability for claims arising from the allision with the Francis Scott Key Bridge to US$43.7m, being the estimated value of the DALI after Salvage and repair costs.

New Casualty – DALI (Singapore) – Allision with bridge 27 March 2024
We have learned of an incident involving the vessel DALI, a Singapore flag, 2015 built, 95,128 gt, fully cellular containership, which struck Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore, USA, in the early hours of 26th March 2024. The Key Bridge, as it is known, is the world’s third-longest continuous truss bridge.

Please find below a further update in relation to the YANTIAN EXPRESS recovery action.

Please be advised the deadline for PA claims to be submitted into the Limitation fund in the USA has been extended from 14^th August to 27^th September 2019.

As such, for those who are yet to provide us with fully documented claims, please can you do so at your earliest convenience to ensure that your claims are submitted in a timely fashion.
